Elizabeth Kerr

Elizabeth Kerr currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Professional and Continuing Education at the University of Cincinnati, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Elizabeth coordinated strategy and managed diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at Miami University from October 2021 to January 2024. Elizabeth's experience includes roles as Instructional Services Director and Supervisor at Rio Salado College, Academic Director at EF Education First, and Language Learning Director at Disney English. Elizabeth began a career in education as a 4th grade teacher with the Florence Unified School District No. 1 from July 2009 to October 2011. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership, Culture, and Curriculum at Miami University, Elizabeth also holds a Master of Education in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona.
