Heidi Pettyjohn

Heidi Pettyjohn serves as the Executive Director for Accessibility/ADA and EIT Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati since August 2007, overseeing policies and programs related to access for individuals with disabilities. Previous roles at the university include Director of Strategic Priorities, EIT Accessibility Coordinator, and Director of Student Program Effectiveness, where significant contributions included the creation of assessment metrics for Student Affairs and the first policy allowing students to choose a preferred name. Prior to her career at the university, Pettyjohn worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at New Beginnings Counseling Services and as a Case Worker at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services. Pettyjohn holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary & Early Adult Education from Cincinnati Christian University.
