Jessica Tipton

Jessica Tipton currently serves as the Assistant Director of Benefits at the University of Cincinnati, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica held the title of Director of Benefits and Compensation at Necco from May 2017 to October 2021, and worked as a Human Resources and Accounting Manager at a private tech firm from February 2016 to May 2017. Jessica's career began at Northern Kentucky University as a Benefit Analyst from May 2011 to 2016, where responsibilities included FMLA administration, SAP testing, and benefit education. Jessica also served as a Human Resource Accountant during this time, focusing on account reconciliation and forensic accounting. Earlier experience includes an Accounting Specialist role at ClubCorp from 2006 to 2009. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
