Pam Person

Pam Person currently serves as the Executive Director of the Emeriti Association & Center at the University of Cincinnati since August 2023. As a small business owner, Pam manages Aurous Floral Design Studio, a boutique floral design studio that provides custom creations for various occasions, since November 2020. Additionally, Pam has worked as an independent CliftonStrengths coach since November 2018. Previous roles at the University of Cincinnati include Director of Community Innovations from January 2018 to January 2020 and various directorships from 2002 to 2017, notably overseeing the Center for First Year Experience and Learning Communities. Pam holds an ABD in Higher Education from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Psychology from Radford University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Radford University.
