Brian Be serves as a Self Advocacy Coordinator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where the role focuses on elevating the lived experiences of individuals with disabilities in various discussions and events. Additionally, Brian holds titles such as Co-Chair of the Neuro Diversity Employee Resource Group at Children's Hospital Colorado and a member of the Autism & Mental Health group with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. As a regional project manager for Poetry for Personal Power, Brian advocates for behavioral health and healthcare awareness through art. With extensive involvement in community engagement and performing arts via organizations like Phamaly Theatre Company and Spoke N Motion Dance, Brian combines artistic talents with advocacy efforts.
