Lauren Heap

Lauren Heap is an experienced fitness professional currently serving as the Personal Training Manager at CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Senior Fitness Specialist at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus starting in July 2019 and worked as a Fitness Specialist at EXOS|MediFit from October 2014 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes an internship with Thriving With Stress in 2013 and competing as a Student Athlete on the Xavier University Women's Soccer team from 2010 to 2013, where Lauren also served as team captain. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Xavier University, earned in 2014.
