Beth Settje has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Director for College to Career Transitions and Experiential Learning at the University of Connecticut since August 2001. In this role, Beth focuses on facilitating student success through programs like the Senior Year Experience and developing resources for graduating students. Prior to this, Beth held positions such as Director of Student Activities and Academic and Career Advisor at Mitchell College and Director of Student Activities at MassBay Community College, where Beth developed programs for diverse student populations. Early career experience includes serving as Area Coordinator in the Department of Residential Life at Eastern Connecticut State University. Beth holds a Master's degree in College Student Personnel with a concentration in Development and Counseling from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arcadia University, complemented by study at Lancaster University.
