Delores Bolton

Delores Bolton possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and consulting, currently serving as an Executive Leadership Coach at Hartford Public Schools since August 2017 and as CEO of an independent educational consultancy since June 2015. Delores has been an Adjunct Instructor and Clinical Supervisor at the University of Connecticut since August 2014, focusing on Leadership Development. Previous roles include Principal at the Academy of Aerospace and Engineering, Principal at Smith School of Math, Science and Technology, and Assistant Superintendent of Magnet Schools within various educational institutions. Delores also served as a Board of Education Member in Bloomfield Public Schools and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
