Dr. Tadarrayl Starke currently serves as the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Student Success and previously held the position of Associate Vice Provost for Student Success at the University of Connecticut since August 2020. Prior experience includes over nine years at Florida State University as the Director and Associate Director of the Center for Academic Retention and Enhancement, focusing on support for first-generation and underrepresented students. Dr. Starke's career also encompasses roles at Tallahassee Community College as an Adjunct Professor and Program Administrator. Dr. Starke earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education and a Master’s degree in Higher Education from Florida State University, where a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology was also obtained.
