Laura Hills

Laura Burrill Hills has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Associate Director of Experiential Global Learning and previously held various positions within the Education Abroad unit at the University of Connecticut since September 2013. In addition, Laura is an Independent Skincare Consultant with Rodan + Fields since February 2019. Prior roles include Executive Recruiter at Ledgent Search Group and Recruiting and Curriculum Coordinator at Yale School of Management, with responsibilities ranging from recruitment logistics to building professional relationships. Laura began her career in marketing at the University of Connecticut’s Athletic Department and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
