Leo Lachut

Leo Lachut has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Assistant Director of First Year Programs & Learning Communities and Director of Academic Support at the University of Connecticut since June 2014. Prior roles include Director of the Undergraduate Programs Office at the UConn School of Business from June 2013 to June 2014, and Associate Director at Student Support Services at UConn from May 2012 to May 2013. Leo began a career at the University of Connecticut as a Counselor, holding that position from June 1997 to May 2013. Leo holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Saint Joseph (1990-1993) and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Connecticut (1985-1989).
