Line Vej Ugelvig

Line Vej Ugelvig is a Senior Consultant and Research Advisor at the Office for Research & Innovation, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen since September 2015. Ugelvig is also an Assistant Professor in the Section of Ecology and Evolution, Department of Biology. Line has held positions as a Visiting Assistant Professor at The Rockefeller University and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria, contributing to research funded by prestigious grants, including the DFF-Individual postdoctoral grant and the Marie Curie Fellowship. Ugelvig has received notable awards such as the L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Award. Educational background includes a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and an MSc in Biology from Københavns Universitet.
