Jim McGovern

Jim McGovern has been the Director of Facilities Structural Crafts at the University of Dallas since January 2007. Prior to that, they were the Senior Project Manager at BMC West Building Materials Center from January 2007 to December 2011. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jim McGovern reports to John Plotts, EVP. They are on a team with Elizabeth Griffin Smith - AVP, Admissions, Russell Green - Chief of Police, Campus Police Department, and Dawn Avery - Manager, Printing and Postal.
