Andrew R.

Andrew R. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Andrew started their career as a Camp Commissioner at Woodland Trails Scout Reservation, where they coordinated logistical needs and resolved customer service issues. Andrew then worked as a Production Assistant Intern at WBDT - TV Dayton CW, where they wrote, produced, and edited television commercials and promotions.

Andrew then moved on to Wright State University, where they held multiple positions in the Office of Financial Aid. Andrew started as a Verification Assistant, carrying out the federal verification process. Andrew later became a Financial Aid Front-Line Advisor, providing assistance to students and checking in guests. Andrew then served as a Financial Aid Representative, providing financial aid advising and managing the verification process.

Andrew's next role at Wright State University was Assistant Director of Financial Aid, where they provided leadership and supervision in various financial aid processes and served as the web administrator. Andrew then became the Financial Aid Compliance Officer, managing the Policy and Procedures manual and serving on the university Compliance Council.

Currently, Andrew works at the University of Dayton as the Senior Associate Director of Financial Aid Operations. In this role, they supervise the operations team and manages the setup and maintenance of financial aid programs using Ellucian Banner.

Andrew R. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Motion Picture History, Theory, & Criticism and Mass Communications from Wright State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Andrew then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Management, Innovation & Change from Wright State University, graduating from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained certifications in Cost of Attendance and Consumer Information from the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) in 2023 and 2017, respectively. Andrew also earned a certification in HTML5: Content Authoring Fundamentals from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2017.
