David Bauer

David Bauer has extensive work experience in the field of technology and e-learning. David began their career as an IT Intern at the University of Dayton in 2009 and progressed through various roles, including Web Developer and Senior Web Developer. David later became the Team Lead for E-Learning Web Development and then for eLearning Systems and Support Services. In 2020, they were promoted to Assistant Director of eLearning and in 2021, they assumed the position of Director of Online Learning Technology & Strategic Initiatives. Prior to their time at the University of Dayton, David worked as a Research Aide at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

David Bauer has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Dayton, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the same university, completing it from 2007 to 2012. In addition, they have attained certifications as a Professional Scrum Product Owner I and a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, with specific dates not provided.
