Kailee Copeland

Kailee Copeland has gained valuable experience in the field of Human Resources, starting with an internship at Edison Community College in 2013. Kailee then moved on to work as an Administrative Assistant to the VP of Strategic Human Resources at the same company. Kailee currently holds multiple roles at the University of Dayton, where Kailee serves as the Manager of Employment Services & Outreach, Coordinator of Employment Services and Onboarding, Employment Specialist, and Senior Administrative Assistant in the Office of Human Resources.
