Rachel Vaglienti

Rachel Vaglienti is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical practice and education. Currently serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Dayton since December 2020, Rachel previously worked as a Physician Assistant at Miami Valley Hospital, specializing in burn and wound care from June 2017 to November 2020. Prior experience includes roles at McClellan Plastic Surgery, where responsibilities encompassed initial evaluations and post-operative management for diverse patient cases, and inpatient care at WVUH-Ruby Memorial Hospital focusing on cardiac patients. Rachel also contributed to education as a Guest Lecturer at Alderson Broaddus University from 2014 to 2016. Holding a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University and a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from West Virginia University, Rachel has established a solid foundation in both clinical expertise and academic instruction.
