Robert Frayer

Robert Frayer is an experienced financial operations leader with a robust background in managing budgets within educational and healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Budgets and Financial Operations for the School of Education and Health Sciences at the University of Dayton since 2019, Robert oversees all financial operations and provides critical financial analysis and long-term planning. Prior to this role, Robert spent 15 years at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where responsibilities included the management of significant budgets and strategic planning across various departments. Robert's earlier experiences include positions as a Financial Manager, Business Manager, and Research Assistant, complemented by an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
