Ryan Phillips is an experienced professional in athletic branding and digital strategy, currently serving as the Director of Athletics Enterprise Branding & Digital Strategy at the University of Dayton since January 2017. In this role, Ryan leads the development and management of the athletic programs' web and digital presence, overseeing key social media channels for Dayton Athletics. Previously, Ryan held various positions at the University of Dayton, including Assistant Director of Digital Strategy and Brand Enhancement, and has contributed to marketing initiatives and game operations. Prior to this, Ryan gained experience at the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics and completed a ticketing internship at the Western & Southern Open. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from the same institution.
