Darrell Edmonds currently serves as the Deputy Director of Admissions at the University of Delaware, a position held since November 2021. As CEO and Founder of Friday is Tie Day, Inc. since March 2013, Darrell Edmonds has focused on empowering young men to resist negative cultural influences. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region and Regional Director of Mentoring & Partnerships at Give Something Back from August 2017 to November 2021, as well as Program Manager for the South Jersey Strengthening Families Initiative at the Pascale Sykes Foundation between September 2014 and July 2017. At Atlanticare Behavioral Health's Oakcrest Teen Center, Darrell Edmonds held the positions of Director and Program Manager for the 21st Century Learning Center from May 2003 to August 2014. Additional experience includes consulting for the Craigslist Foundation Non Profit Boot Camp in 2008 and serving as Teen Center Coordinator at SODAT of New Jersey in 2002-2003. Darrell Edmonds holds a BS in History from the University of Delaware and an MS in Non Profit Management from Eastern University.
