Kate Bove

Kate Bove, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of HR Projects and Strategic Initiatives at the University of Delaware since January 2020, bringing extensive human resources experience from previous roles at both the University of Delaware and West Chester University, where roles included Interim Associate Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer with oversight of Benefits, Compliance, Employment, and Payroll. Additional responsibilities encompassed senior management of employment services and the implementation of technology solutions to enhance HR processes. Kate holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics from Penn State University.
