Lauren Kelley

Lauren Kelley, Ph.D., is a Senior Instructional Designer and Lead AI Learning Designer at the University of Delaware, focusing on the integration of technology and pedagogy in enhancing teaching and learning. In addition to this role, Lauren serves as an Associate Professor at Valencia College, instructing courses aimed at aiding first-year students in their transition to college. Lauren's extensive experience includes positions at LearningMate, Sophia Learning, and Owens Community College, where responsibilities ranged from curriculum development to faculty onboarding and program management. Lauren holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education/Educational Leadership and a Master's degree in Higher Education from the University of Toledo, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business from Clark Atlanta University.
