Lauren Murray Simione

Lauren Murray Simione serves as the Associate Vice President for Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving at the University of Delaware, a position held since September 2004. In this role, Lauren oversees a team of 25 staff members and 300+ volunteers, providing strategic direction for marketing, communications, and events to enhance engagement among over 177,000 alumni, faculty, and other stakeholders. Lauren's responsibilities encompass managing the university's annual giving and alumni programs, including major events such as Alumni Weekend and homecoming. Previously, Lauren held the role of Director of Alumni Engagement - Leadership Boards, focusing on volunteer management and support for a global network of alumni. Additional experience includes roles with the Greater Wilmington Convention and Visitors Bureau and JetBlue Airways. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
