Nathan Elton

Nathan Elton serves as the Executive Director of Postgraduate & Student Success Integration at the University of Delaware since September 2015, leading a team of 26 to enhance career development for over 24,000 students. Previously, Nathan held the position of Director at Davidson College's Career Center, where a comprehensive career development program was established, and strategic changes were implemented to enhance service offerings. Nathan's career also includes roles at Oberlin College, Villanova University, Penn State University, and MIT, focusing on career services, program management, and student support. Nathan holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Penn State University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, complemented by a certificate in Project Management from the University of Delaware.
