Sara Cann

Sara Cann, MJ, BSN, RN, CPHRM, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Risk Management at the University of Delaware since January 2020, also holding the role of Director of Nursing and Senior Associate Director of Medical Operations. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Risk Management and Risk Manager at Union Hospital of Cecil County from September 2014 to January 2020, and roles such as Post Anesthesia Care Nurse at Glasgow Medical Center and Union Hospital of Cecil County. Sara Cann has a robust educational background, with a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware. Additionally, an Associate of Arts in Registered Nursing was obtained from Cecil College.
