Prof Anil Kumar

Prof Anil Kumar has extensive experience in academia and governance, currently serving as the CEO of the University of Delhi Foundation and a Professor of Corporate Governance and Finance at the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. In addition to these roles, Prof Anil Kumar chairs the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at LIC and oversees operations at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College. With a career at Shri Ram College of Commerce spanning nearly four decades, Prof Anil Kumar has held various academic positions, from Assistant Professor to Professor. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance from Delhi University, a Master of Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce. Ongoing education includes studies at Harvard Business School. Prof Anil Kumar is also a member of the Academic Board at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
