Bernice Boateng

Bernice Boateng is an emerging professional in health informatics, currently pursuing a Master of Science degree at the University of Denver. As a Graduate Mentor Fellow since October 2023, Bernice is engaged in supporting fellow students, while also participating in a mentorship program at The Lantern Network focused on leadership and professional development. Bernice has a solid background in healthcare administration, having served as Senior Administrative Manager and Administrative Manager at St. Anthony Ann Hospital from 2019 to 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Teaching Assistant at the Office of the Dean of Students at KNUST, where responsibilities included organizing tutorials and assisting students and lecturers. Furthermore, Bernice participated in the Arkansas Summer Research Institute in June 2025 and completed an internship as a Laboratory Assistant at Mater Dei Hospital in 2014. Educational achievements also include a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
