Effley Brooks

Effley Brooks is an accomplished academic and consulting professional with extensive experience in higher education and employee development. Currently serving as a Teaching Associate Professor and previously a Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of Denver since April 2012, Effley has also held key leadership roles as President of Tiger Bee Consulting, LLC since 2000, and as Faculty at the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership since 2005. Additionally, Effley has contributed to the Denver Public Schools as a Training & Employee Development Manager and has worked as a Training Specialist for Kaiser Permanente. Effley's experience includes directing the Denver Community Leadership Forum through the University of Colorado Denver, where Effley served as Associate Director from May 2000 to December 2008, and as Director of DCLF from 2000 to 2008. Effley holds an MBA in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and the University of Phoenix.
