Jessie McGinty

Jessie McGinty, MS, MPH, RDN, currently serves as the Louis R Girouard III Director of Health Promotion at the University of Denver, where leadership is provided to a team focused on enhancing health and well-being within the DU community through various initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Adjunct Faculty at the University of New England, as well as Global Nutrition & Wellness Manager for Compass at Google. McGinty has also held positions with the Chatham County Public Health Department and contributed to research projects at the North Carolina Institute for Public Health and the USDA Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Denver, a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Science from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University.
