Matthew Meyers

Matthew Meyers is an experienced leadership coach and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Frontline Manager Leadership Program at the University of Denver since August 2024. Meyers also leads Meyers Coaching, a coaching and development company, offering guidance to individuals and teams working toward their goals. Previous roles include Global Talent and Learning Manager at Western Union, where innovative onboarding and curricula were developed, and Senior Manager of Learning and People Development at Crocs, overseeing employee development across global teams. Additionally, as Senior Director of Talent Development at Elevate K-12, Meyers focused on fostering a learning culture within a rapidly growing startup. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Regis University.
