Paula A. Holt

Paula A. Holt is an accomplished attorney and mediator at Holt Resolution Group, LLC in Denver Metro since April 2023. With a robust academic background, Paula serves as an Associate Teaching Professor at the University of Denver, where responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in business ethics and legal studies, and coordinating the Ethics Boot Camp. Previously, Paula gained extensive experience as an Associate Attorney in domestic relations at the Law Office of James J. Keil, Jr. from August 2010 to March 2023 and worked as a law clerk for Jefferson County Courts in 2010. Paula holds a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, an MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, and a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver. The academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.
