Joseph G. Eisenhauer

Joseph G. Eisenhauer is the current Dean of the College of Business Administration at University of Detroit Mercy. Joseph has held this position since December of 2009. Prior to their current role, Eisenhauer was a Professor and Chair of Economics at Wright State University from December 2006 to December 2009.

Eisenhauer's experience also includes a Visiting Scholar role at The Catholic University of America's Life Cycle Institute from December 2002 to December 2003. Joseph has also been a Visiting Professor at University of Rome "La Sapienza" on two occasions, once in November 2006 and again in November 2001.

Eisenhauer was a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Wharton School's Huebner Foundation for Risk and Insurance from December 1995 to December 1996. Joseph began their academic career as a Professor of Economics and Finance at Canisius College in 1986, a position they held until 2006 when they left for Wright State University.

Eisenhauer's first job out of college was as an Assistant Manager at Liberty National Bank from December 1982 to December 1986.

After completing their undergraduate studies at The Wharton School, Joseph G. Eisenhauer pursued a Master's Degree in Economics at University at Buffalo. Joseph then completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics at the same school before embarking on post-doctoral studies in Risk and Insurance at University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
