Rumana Islam is a Commissioner at Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and a Panel Arbitrator designated by the Government of Bangladesh at International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). With a background as a Professor of Law at the University of Dhaka, Rumana holds a PhD in International Investment Law from the University of Warwick and an LL.M in Law from the University of Cambridge.
