Angus Cowan

Angus Cowan currently serves as a Senior Drug Discovery Scientist at the University of Dundee, where involvement in a multidisciplinary collaboration aims to develop PROteolysis Targeting Chimeras (PROTACs) for degrading key cancer targets. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Research Assistant and Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, focusing on X-ray crystallography and structural biology for novel necroptosis inhibitors. Angus Cowan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Biotechnology with Honours from Monash University.
