Lenka Sprochova currently serves as the Director General of the Tourism Section at the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic, focusing on state tourism policy and the subvention system for Destination Management Organizations following the dissolution of the Slovak Tourist Board. Additionally, Lenka has held various roles at the Ministry of Transport, including Senior Counsellor and Conceptual Analyst, while also contributing to academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Economics in Bratislava. Previously, Lenka was the International Relations Office Manager at the Faculty of Commerce at the same university and directed the Department of International Cooperation in Tourism at the Ministry. With a solid educational background that includes a Master of Arts in Strategic Management and a PhD in International Entrepreneurship, Lenka combines extensive practical experience with academic expertise.
