Elmer Arturo Carballo

Elmer Arturo Carballo has a diverse work experience in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT). Elmer Arturo started their career at the Universidad de El Salvador in 2005, where they held various roles such as Head of Information System and Coordinator Master Degree. In this position, they trained professionals in ICT through teaching and continuing training, focusing on problem-solving using ICT. Elmer Arturo also developed skills in IT and related fields, particularly in systems development life cycle and information security.
