Arthur L. Shoener

Mr. Arthur L. Shoener graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He received a certificate of completion from the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

For a number of years, Shoener has been involved in the railroad business. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Kansas City Southern Railway and a member of the board of Kansas City Southern Corporation. Prior to that, he was executive vice president for operations of Union Pacific Railroad. In 1997, he was designated chairman of the board of the Omaha Branch of the Federal Reserve.
