Ms. Starla West is a second-generation woman entrepreneur who brings insight, experience, and empathy to the company she founded, Starla West International, a Business Leadership and Executive Coaching Firm.

After graduating from the University of Evansville in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Starla entered Corporate America where she enjoyed several successful years in various financial and pharmaceutical leadership roles.
