Adam Southgate

Adam Southgate is an experienced software developer with a focus on database integration and application development. Currently serving as an Associate Lead Integrations Developer at the University of Exeter since August 2023, Adam previously held the position of Principal Developer at the University of Portsmouth from November 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included supporting Oracle-based systems and developing PL/SQL procedures and scripts. Adam's career also includes roles as a Pensions IT Developer at Equiniti and as a Freelance Developer. Prior experience includes significant development work at SSE plc, QGate Software Ltd, and Newtech Developments Ltd, utilizing technologies such as Oracle, FoxPro, and MS SQL Server.
