Corrina Cory

Corrina Cory is an Associate Professor in Engineering and Entrepreneurship at the University of Exeter, where since November 2017, Corrina has been the Academic Lead of the Engineering Maker Space and Director of Education for E21 Engineering the Future. With extensive experience in innovative teaching practices, Corrina has significantly contributed to developing Engineering Programmes that emphasize Gold Standard Project Based Learning and 21st Century Skills, preparing students for modern engineering challenges. Prior roles include Senior Lecturer in Engineering and Entrepreneurship, and earlier positions as a Teacher of Engineering at South Devon UTC and Founder and Director of Cory Scientific Ltd. Educational credentials include a PhD and MPhil in Biomechanical Injury Simulation from Cardiff University, alongside teaching qualifications and certifications in project management. Corrina's research focuses on injury biomechanics and its application to healthcare and safety in built environments.
