Jack Wilkin

Honorary Associate Research Fellow

Jack Wilkin is a Doctoral Student at the University of Exeter, currently engaged in research on Holocene sediment cores. In addition to doctoral studies, Jack holds a role as a Teaching Associate in Earth and Environmental Sciences, contributing to undergraduate geology courses and adapting lesson materials for online formats during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jack's experience includes roles as a Research Assistant on various projects related to geochemistry and paleontology, including work on benthic foraminifera and analysis of sediments from the Antarctic Peninsula. Jack has also worked as a Personal Shopper at Tesco and has written articles for several platforms, including Liberal Democrat Voice and Europinion. Jack's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Geology and a Bachelor's degree in Palaeontology, both obtained from the University of Exeter and the University of Portsmouth, respectively.
