Rebecca Jerrold

Rebecca Jerrold is an experienced recruitment professional with a background in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at the University of Exeter since February 2020, Rebecca leads a team providing specialist resourcing advice across various academic and professional service departments, focusing on senior and complex vacancies. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Bank Assistant for HR at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust, where recruitment promotional materials and employee benefits content were developed. Rebecca’s career includes significant leadership roles at RNIB, where operational leadership was provided for a team delivering courses to blind and partially sighted individuals, as well as HR consulting positions at Friends Provident and Linklaters. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Nottingham and a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development (CIPD) from the University of Westminster.
