Robert Bassett Cross

Robert Bassett Cross is the Founder and CEO of Adarga Limited, established in September 2015. In addition, Robert holds the position of Honorary Research Fellow at the Strategy and Security Institute at the University of Exeter since June 2024, and serves as a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security since November 2022. Robert is also the Founder and Chair of Capstar Group, a role held since 2013, and previously worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan from 2008 to 2013. Robert's military experience includes service as an Infantry Officer in the British Army from July 1999 to September 2008. Robert earned an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from the University of Exeter between 1996 and 1999.
