Roberta Ruggiero

Roberta Ruggiero is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Children's Rights Academy at the Centre for Children's Rights Studies, University of Geneva, with extensive experience in children's rights education and research. Ruggiero has held various roles, including Senior Research Associate and Academic Coordinator for the Children's Rights European Academic Network, and has served as a Scientific Collaborator at the Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch, where responsibilities included coordinating the Master of Advanced Studies in Children’s Rights. Previous positions include Scientific Coordinator at the ChildONEurope Secretariat and Professional Trainer for Defence for Children International Italia. Ruggiero's academic qualifications include a PhD in Promotion and Protection of Children’s Rights from Università degli Studi del Molise and a Certificate in Public Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
