Brooks McCommons

Brooks McCommons possesses extensive experience in development and advancement within various educational institutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development for Constituent Based Programs at the University of Georgia since April 2008, Brooks previously held the role of Regional Director of Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development at Open Door Children's Home from November 2006 to April 2008, and a decade at Shorter College, where Brooks progressed through several positions including Interim Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Director of Development, Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, and Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving. Brooks holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Shorter College, earned between 1992 and 1996.
