Dexter Fisher

Director Of Facilities Management at University of Georgia

Dexter Fisher has extensive work experience in facilities management. Dexter began their career in 1988 at the University of Georgia, where they served as the Director of Facilities Management. In this role, they oversaw various service areas, such as building services, the automotive center, waste and recycling, support services, and materials procurement. Dexter was responsible for the overall administration of the Facilities Management Services Division, including directing and evaluating the work of assistant directors and department managers. Dexter also played a key role in research and coordination of campus construction projects. Dexter's contributions also included establishing training programs for supervisors and foremen. Since 2019, they have been working as the Chief Operating Officer at the Clarke County School District.

Dexter Fisher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Management from Piedmont University.
