Marcus McGinnis

Marcus McGinnis currently serves as the Assistant Director of Equity and Compliance at The University of Georgia, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Marcus worked at the University of Georgia School of Law as a Legal Fellow in the Equal Opportunity Office and engaged in various academic roles, including Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Additional legal experience includes roles as a Real Estate Legal Extern at RaceTrac and a Summer Associate at Blueprint Title Company. Marcus also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Knight Johnson, LLC, where responsibilities included legal research and support during trials and hearings. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Georgia's Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
