Michael Luthi

Michael Luthi has extensive experience in executive and faculty recruitment. Michael currently serves as the Director of the UGA Search Group at The University of Georgia, where they lead a team in coordinating executive search processes and recruiting top talent. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Senior Executive Search Consultant within the UGA Search Group. Michael also has experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Prestige Staffing, specializing in healthcare, IT, telecommunications, and financial services professions. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant in recruiting at Sapient, where they focused on placing senior-level developers, architects, consultants, technical project managers, and directors.

Michael Luthi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia.
