Michelle Versfeld

Michelle Versfeld, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Senior Regional Director of Development and previously held roles such as Associate Director of Business Engagement and Stewardship Coordinator at The University of Georgia since September 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Program Specialist in Student-Athlete Career Development at the University of Georgia Athletic Association from July 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities encompassed providing career guidance and managing networking opportunities for student-athletes. Earlier roles included Graduate Assistant positions focusing on academic services and student-athlete development. Michelle holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Kinesiology, Sport Management and Policy, a Master’s in Sports Management & Policy, and a Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations, all from The University of Georgia.
