Raluca Marinciu

Raluca Marinciu currently serves as Deputy Programme Leader for the BA H Business Management and Teaching Fellow at the University of Greenwich, where responsibilities include engaging with employers to enhance student employability through strategic partnerships and internship opportunities. With a background in various roles including MBA Employer Engagement and Placement Manager, and Employability Advisor, Raluca has focused on aligning academic practices with industry standards to support student success. Raluca holds an Executive MBA specializing in Public Sector Management, a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management, and a degree in Events Management, contributing a strong foundation in business and leadership to current endeavors, which include roles as Director of Asociația A.L.E.G. and Community Volunteer with Greenwich Mutual Aid.
